Return Policy
We offer a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns:
- Items must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
- Receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Return Process:

2. If accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions.
3. Items sent back without a return request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues:
Inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Note: Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable. Contact us if you have questions about your specific item.
Exchanges:
Return the item you have, and once accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method. Processing times may vary with your bank or credit card company.
